  1. Do I need an App?
    - No app required. With the tap of your smart device you will be able to access the information that is being shared. If tap function is not available we include QR codes on the product as well.
  2. How do I know if my phone will work with iBiz?
    - As long as the smart device has NFC capabilities, meaning Apple Pay or Google pay. iBiz products will be able to work with those devices.
  3. What version of iPhone will work with iBiz?
    - iPhone X | iPhone XR | iPhone XS, XS Max | iPhone 11 Series iPhone 12 Series | iPhone 13 Series
  4. Where do I tap the card?
    - On both iPhone and Adroid devices tap the iBiz product under the camera on the rear side.
  5. How does iBiz different from QR code scanning?
    - Both the QR code and tap function will bring the user to the same link. However, the tap function adds convenience to sharing information.
  6. How do I update my contact info?
    - Log into our website and you will be sent an email link to update your landing page.
  7. Do I need only one iBiz?
    - The idea of the iBiz products is you never have to give away any of your business cards. However, for instances where you would like the customer to access updated information based on your changes to the landing pages, then you would be allowed to have more than one iBiz product.
